Do not love the world or anything in the world.If anyone loves the world, the love of the father is not in him. For everything in the world~ the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does~ comes not from the father but from the world.The world and it's desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forver! 1 John 2:15-17

The Road Not Taken, by Robert Frost:
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
and sorry could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
and having perhaps the better claim,
because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence;
Two roads diverged in a woods and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Mark 10:43-44,
Whoever wants to be great amongst you must be your servant,
and whoever wants to be first must be slave to all.

Romans 5:6,
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless,
Christ died for the ungodly.
